Dear Readers,
Today's open letter is not a letter, exactly. It is, instead, a series of memos from a manager to his employees at a video-game company located somewhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. We've changed a few identifying details to protect the overworked, but the memos are real, a small slice of cubicle life, a glimpse inside the collective pools.
Our cubicle trilogy began last Friday, with Adam Heimlich's letter on working for a company that does nothing. It will conclude tomorrow, with an anonymous letter about a disastrous job interview at Microsoft, the company that does everything.
Yours truly,
Paul Tough
